The hotel will confirm and arrange your inter-island flights after you book your reservation with Air Canada Vacations. Guests will receive complimentary transfers to and from the San Pedro Airstrip Airport and hotel with a meet and greet service upon arrival.
On arrival in Belize City Airport, please make your way to the counter to check into your next flight to board a short, 15 minute flight over to the San Pedro Airstrip (SPR). On arrival in San Pedro, you will be met and transferred to your resort.
Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection Resort will book the flights on Tropic Air or Maya Island Air. Both carriers have several daily flights from Belize International Airport (BZE) to San Pedro Airport.
We suggest planning to arrive at Belize City Airport no later than 4:00 PM. If a connection is missed, an overnight stay in Belize City may be required, and rebooking on the next available flight could involve additional costs.
Please refer to your itinerary and allow at least 2 hours for your connection in Belize City.
Please note that the K'In Spa at Alaia Belize is currently undergoing a renovation and enhancement from August 30, 2023 with a completion date anticipated by February 29, 2024. During the renovation work, spa services will be available in one of the resort's Reef House Suites. The hotel anticipates that there will be no disruptions to guests during this time.
This oceanfront resort features a seawall with a small swimmable beach and is located just 600 yards from the Belize Barrier Reef Reserve – the second largest and most alive reef system in the world.
Please be advised that, The Deck Restaurant will be closed for renovations September 1 to October 31, 2025. Guests will still have access to 7 additional dining options.
The All-Inclusive package is now available for guests staying 2 nights or longer. Guests who book the All-Inclusive package will be given a bracelet to wear for the entirety of their stay. Guests will be asked to sign the check presented at each restaurant and bar.
All-Inclusive Plan does not include the following:
- Molecular Mixology
- Private chef experiences
- Wine by the bottle, Champagne, and certain deluxe spirits and cordial purchases
- Boutique purchases
- Spa treatments or massages
